An internal source said:
The multi-billion dollar assets of Nguyen Xuan Phuc and his wife Tran Thi Nguyet Thu are currently the focus of public opinion and a challenge for the Central Committee’s Inspection Commisstion and the Ministry of Public Security’s Investigation Police Agency, because they have not yet found a satisfactory solution to completely recover them.
As reported in previous articles, the couple Phuc & Thu have asked their relatives to hold their huge asset:
– Bui Thi Thu Ha, wife of Major General Dam Thanh The (a maternal relative of Phuc). The has filed for divorce from Ha.
– Nguyen Thi Thuy Duyen and Nguyen Thi Anh Linh, the first and second daughters of Nguyen Quoc Dung, Nguyen Xuan Phuc’s older brother.
– Vu Chi Hung, son-in-law of Phuc and his father Vu Chi Kien. Currently, Hung has divorced Nguyen Thi Xuan Trang, but Phuc asked Hung to temporarily stay with her so that Hung and Trang’s children would not be shocked.
Not stopping there, the Ministry of Public Security’s Investigation Police Agency found another person who is holding the assets for Nguyen Xuan Phuc and his wife, Dang Huynh Uc My (born December 12, 1981 in Ho Chi Minh City, hometown Hainan, China), her husband is Truong Hong Quan.
Dang Huynh Uc My
Dang Huynh Uc My graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Finance from Preston University, New Zealand. In 2006, at the age of 25, Uc My held the position of Deputy Executive Director, Permanent Deputy General Director of Thanh Thanh Cong Joint Stock Company. By July 2009, at the age of 28, Uc My became the youngest female general director in Thanh Thanh Cong Group. Currently, Uc My is the Chairwoman of the Board of Directors and Legal Representative of Thanh Thanh Cong Bien Hoa Joint Stock Company (TTC AgriS).
Uc My was recruited by China’s Economic Intelligence in 2015 when My was only 35 years old. My was approached Phuc’s family through her parents, successful businessmen Huynh Bich Ngoc and Dang Van Thanh – who is known as the “banking tycoon” – former Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sacombank for 18 consecutive years.
However, in 2014, Sacombank was taken over by Tram Be’s family and merged into Phuong Nam Commercial Joint Stock Bank – this recklessness led Tram Be and his close friends into a thorny legal path, which caused long-lasting resentment and hatred between Tram Be’s family and Dang Van Thanh, and the main director behind this consequence was Phuc.
It should be clarified: Dang Van Thanh and Than Duc Nam were two powerful figures who used money to help Phuc rise from “a cripple” to the prime minister post and later the state president.
In addition, when Phuc was the Head of the Government Office, Nguyen Thi Minh Ky (born in 1970, from Quang Ngai, currently the Chairwoman of Do Thanh Auto Corporation) took care of Thu & Phuc’s couple like a child taking care of their parents. From toothpicks to socks and underwear for Thu & Phuc’s family, Ky went to Japan to buy them. Ky was also the intermediary who brought Dang Van Thanh to meet Thu & Phuc’s couple and incited Tran Thi Nguyet Thu to buy shares of Sacombank – Thu asked her younger brother Tran Cong Tan to represent her. Tan is the owner of the Song Tranh 1 and 2 hydroelectric dams – for the sake of super profits, ignoring technical safety factors for the people – causing environmental disasters and hindering the activities of ocean currents, damaging the country’s agriculture.
Nguyen Thi Minh Ky also has a younger brother, Nguyen Van Cuu, a member of the Board of Directors of Sacombank and a close disciple of Dang Van Thanh.
Nguyen Van Cuu was an independent member of the Board of Directors of Sacombank (2013 – June 2017) and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Viet Capital Bank (May 24, 2010 – September 28, 2012). Currently, Nguyen Van Cuu is the Chairman of Do Thanh Group (Do Thanh Group).
Dang Van Thanh at the engagement ceremony between Vu Chi Hung and Nguyen Thi Xuan Trang
Dang Van Thanh was the person who introduced and also the master of ceremonies for Vu Chi Hung and Nguyen Thi Xuan Trang to get married. Thanh also registered 2 villas in the United States for Nguyen Xuan Hieu (the second son of Thu & Phuc). Hieu is known as the “lazy prince.” When he studied in the United States, Hieu always picked up a book and slept – and when he went to class, he snored like thunder, so Thanh had to transfer schools for Hieu to the United States twice (a private school run by Chinese people, so Thanh got good grades for Hieu).
Returning to Dang Huynh Uc My, she not only held the assets for Nguyen Xuan Phuc & Tran Thi Nguyet Thu but also used that dirty money to directly do business to create profits for Thu & Phuc’s family. In 2019, Phuc publicly adopted Uc My.
My is currently focusing on the business of sugar cane, education, healthcare, real estate, securities, etc. Currently, Dang Van Thanh’s family is in serious conflict because Dang Van Thanh asked his daughter to give money to his second brother Dang Hong Anh and youngest brother Dang Huynh Thai Son, but Uc My refused to do so in order to maintain her reputation with Nguyen Xuan Phuc’s family.
According to internal information from Dang Van Thanh’s family, Dang Huynh Uoc My is holding about $2 billion of former Prime Minister and later State President Phuc and his wife Thu.
In an underdeveloped country, millions of Vietnamese people are still suffering – not having enough money for medical treatment, hundreds of thousands of people have to cross the border or work abroad every year with the hope of changing their lives to support their families.
However, the extended family of Nguyen Xuan Phuc & Tran Thi Nguyet Thu finds thousands of ways to drain the treasury, rob the people, take advantage of the weak and weak judicial system of the authorities to create injustice for society in order to gain illegal profits and build power.
What is even more dangerous is that not only does an individual use political power to bully the weak and take personal revenge, but that criminal ideology is tempered as a “sustainable instinct” passed down through generations: From his brother Nguyen Quoc Dung, former Director of the Institute of Economic Management, brother-in-law Tran Cong Tan – the boss behind Song Tranh I and II power plants, son-in-law Vu Chi Hung, Deputy Director General of the General Department of Taxation, and to the former Prime Minister – President Nguyen Xuan Phuc himself, paving the way for the entire generation of Nguyen Xuan Hieu, who is currently the Deputy Secretary of the Bac Giang Provincial Youth Union, an incompetent and useless person. It seems that Phuc and yet Thu are just greedy and ignorant, but this couple has done many things against morality and ethics such as: deceiving teachers and betraying friends, putting fire in other people’s hands, directing the wrongful conviction of many individuals and businesses such as Dinh Ngoc He (Ut “bald”), Phan Van Anh Vu (Vu “aluminum”), Tram Be, Tran Bac Ha…
From ancient times to the present, no cruel and ignorant tyrant has had a happy ending – in the end, fate is also cruel. The deaths of Gaddafi and Saddam Hussein are typical lessons that we recognize the law of cause and effect.
Therefore, former Prime Minister and later State President am Nguyen Xuan Phuc and his wife Tran Thi Nguyet Thu, with their greedy nature and evil heart, will not be able to avoid the law of “evil begets evil.” The more sinister and cunning they are, the more tragic and unexpected the ending will be!!!
